Forge Intercooler Audi TTRS 8S

The Forge Motorsport Audi TTRS Mk3 intercooler core is a massive 640x250x100mm and features a bar and plate design. This provides a staggering 56% more surface area than the stock intercooler and a whopping 94% more volume. The end tanks come with integrated pipes to retain the stock boost hoses or use any aftermarket kit. Forge Motorsport also supplies a specific crash bar modified to accommodate the new larger core, then finishes both the crash bar and core in black crackle finish powder coat for maximum durability. On a stage 1 tuned TTRS tested, the Forge Motorsport intercooler showed a massive 40hp gain (470.5 -> 520.8hp) with a peak inlet temperature of 34°C instead of 76°C!
