The Forge Motorsport intake system for the Ford Fiesta ST180 is designed with a large diameter Pipercross cotton filter that offers superior filtration and improved engine breathing. The MAF housing is CNC machined and internally tapered to ensure maximum flow while emulating the stock configuration to prevent engine check lights. The kit also includes a laser-cut and powder-coated aluminum shield that directs air around the filter, resulting in gains of up to 11bhp when installed with an engine remap.
