The APR PEX intake is constructed from a composite alloy and features a washable high-flow cotton air filter. It is designed to fit without modification from the intake pipe on the 1.8 and 2.0 TFSI EA888.3 / EA888.4 engines, which are found on the MQB / MQB Evo and MQB AX platforms. This intake is compatible with a variety of models, including the Golf 7 GTI, Golf 7 R, Golf 8 GTI, S3 8Y, TT 8S, Octavia VRS, and Polo AW GTI. The APR intake increases airflow by 22%, resulting in a significant power gain and an aggressive sound.
